If you have been issued a Queens network user account, the following steps will allow you to change your password. Follow step 2 if you have forgotton your current password.
Change your password
- Go to https://mypassword.queens.edu/
- Enter your current username & password.
- Enter your new password twice.
- Choose 3 security questions and provide answers for each.
Forgot your password? Reset it by following these instructions.
- Go to https://mypassword.queens.edu/
- Click 'Forgot Password?'
- Enter your username. Click continue.
- Answer the 3 security questions.
- Create a new password.
Log in to your email and other network sites.
- Email (RexMail):
Go to http://login.rexmail.queens.edu and enter your username (firstname.lastname), and the new password created in Step 2.
- myQueens Portal:
Go to http://myqueens.queens.edu and enter your username (qcs\firstname.lastname), and the new password created in Step 2.
- Student/Faculty Services (JICS):
Go to https://jics.queens.edu/ics and enter your username (firstname.lastname), and the new password created in Step 2.
- Course Information (Moodle):
Go to http://moodle.queens.edu and enter your username (firstname.lastname), and the new password created in Step 2.
