Student Account Information 

If you have been issued a Queens network user account, the following steps will allow you to change your password. Follow step 2 if you have forgotton your current password.

Change your password

  1. Go to https://mypassword.queens.edu/
  2. Enter your current username & password.
  3. Enter your new password twice.
  4. Choose 3 security questions and provide answers for each.

Forgot your password? Reset it by following these instructions.

  1. Go to https://mypassword.queens.edu/
  2. Click 'Forgot Password?'
  3. Enter your username. Click continue.
  4. Answer the 3 security questions.
  5. Create a new password.

Log in to your email and other network sites.

  • Email (RexMail):
    Go to 
    http://login.rexmail.queens.edu and enter your username (firstname.lastname), and the new password created in Step 2.
  • myQueens Portal:
    Go to 
    http://myqueens.queens.edu and enter your username (qcs\firstname.lastname), and the new password created in Step 2.
  • Student/Faculty Services (JICS):
    Go to 
    https://jics.queens.edu/ics and enter your username (firstname.lastname), and the new password created in Step 2.
  • Course Information (Moodle):
    Go to
    http://moodle.queens.edu and enter your username (firstname.lastname), and the new password created in Step 2.
